I've just retired from a 40yr career in retail. The last 20yrs I've puchase 20+ new motorbikes and rode over 700,000 miles. I've been in many BMW dealerships. I am happy to say great customer service is still alive here at BMW of San Antonio! From before I pulled open the front door I was promptly greeted by a friendly face. Yes, I was still in the parking lot. Then my interaction with parts, service and the owner; prompt, professional and a very helpful attitude. If you are curious about starting to ride or a long time enthusiast this is where you should be.

Great team and community! I drove here right after I got my motorcycle endorsement on my license, and they let me test drive a couple bikes. They have some great routes for test drives near the dealership building. I purchased my first bike, the CE-02, that day, and everything has been great so far! It has been a perfect bike for my 10-mile commute to school and the occasional trip to downtown SA.

Just purchased a 2024 R1250GS Adventure from Hal and experience was awesome! Very helpful and over the top customer service. Also HIGHLY recommend getting the wheel and tire warranty. I did and so glad I did. First day of riding and picked up a nail in the rear tire. So worth every penny. I highly recommend Hal and the team at BMW Motorcycle of San Antonio.

Yeah, you know who I'm talking about. =Peace= =============================== Service for my 2016 C650GT. 12k miles for CVT belt and associated parts. Landon is service rep and he gets it done. He finds parts-he orders parts-parts arrive. I arrive and the service tech(s) does the job in good time. Scooter performs well and with less noise from the drive box. Good job, all! Thanks. I recently was traveling from Corpus Christi to Del Rio, and had a front tire blow out. I contacted several motorcycle shops, including two different Harley shops in San Antonio. I found Alamo BMW, and they told me to have the tow truck bring the bike to them. I got the bike towed there and they had me back on the road, with a new front tire in less than an hour. I have ridden motorcycles for over 45 years, and Alamo BMW was absolutely the most professional and helpful that I’ve ever encountered. They have my business from now on

My motorcycle started shooting gas so I needed to get it towed. It was Monday so they were closed which I didn’t realize at the time. I “chatted” with the store over Google maps to say I was having my bike towed that day. Within an hour someone (I think the owner/GM?) messaged back that they were closed and that I could tow it there the next day. Well, the tow truck had already picked it up by then so I figured I’d just leave it there till the next day. Ashley called me directly (again, the store was closed so it was her day off) to say she didn’t feel comfortable leaving it out and would drive to the store to move it inside (I live an hour away so it’d suck for me to have to go there). So Ashley got some help from her boyfriend I think and went to the store on her day off to move it into the store. Incredible, above and beyond service here at this shop! The next day a tech reaches out to let me know what was wrong and they had it fixed by that Friday. Great service!! Thank you Ashley!!

I rolled into San Antonio with an engine idling issue that needed to be fixed before crossing into Mexico for a tour of Central America. Hector and his crew got right to work on the bike and had me on my way in short order -and for a very fair price. I very much appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness.

These guys are awesome! They're friendly, welcoming, and impressively helpful. I bought a 2024 BMW S1000RR from them and they were nice enough to stay with me the whole way (even though we stayed past business hours). They gave me a good deal and even let me shop around for the best financing I could find with no pressure. Needless to say, they have my full trust and I can't thank Hal, Kayla, Inaqi, and the rest of the team enough.

I was finally able to pick up my bike after weeks of waiting through the chip shortage and container shortages. It was so worth the wait. Put a down payment on a bike several weeks out, and was kept up to date on shipping and arrival times throughout the process. Once the bike arrived and was ready it took me a couple days before I could make it in. When I came in the staff was friendly and accommodating even with a showroom full of people and a couple other buyers picking up their new bikes. Paperwork went fast and delivery was very thorough, it is my first BMW. I would recommend the dealership if you are in the market for a new or used BMW.

Just had the 30k service done on my 2010 F650GS. The service was great and the cost very reasonable. They replaced the steering head bearings. The bike handles so much better.

We bought a GSA off Craigslist in California for a three month Tour of the US. Got to New Mexico and our "miss" was getting worse. Called Alamo BMW to book a service and they said sure, see you at noon. The moment we arrived they took good care of us and the bike. They discovered our fuel pump wasn't the right one for the GSA, and had been modified to get it working. It had already left us stranded after messing with the fuel gauge. Kermit and his team were amazing, they luckily had the right pump in stock and worked late to get us back on the road. We could not be more grateful to these guys who were knowledgeable and kind.
